What Payment Methods Can I Use on Buybata.com?

We want to make buying your favorite shoes online fast and easy, and we accept the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard, Interswitch and payment on delivery

Does my card need International purchases enabled?

Yes, we recommend asking your bank to enable international purchases on your card. You will be notified at checkout if international purchases need to be enabled.

Can I pay for my order with multiple methods?

No, payment for Buybata.com orders cannot be split between multiple payment methods.

What payment method is accepted for Shoe orders?

You can use any accepted credit card to pay for your order

What are BuyBatá Delivery Options?

Buy Batá orders are processed, dispatched and delivered Monday – Friday, excluding national holidays, and arrive within 4 – 7 business days. During checkout, we will provide you with the estimated delivery date based on your order’s delivery address.

A delivery fee will apply to all item orders from Buy Batá.

Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays.

Orders cannot be delivered to addresses outside of the country or region where they were placed.

How can I make a return?

When can I make a return?

You can return your eligible item within 1-5 business days upon receipt of the item if you change your mind, or if you receive a damaged, counterfeit, wrong or defective item.

When is my item eligible for return?

For your item to be eligible, it must be returned in the same condition you received it. Returns must be made with all seals and tags intact, without alterations and in its original packaging such as shoe boxes and dust bags. The receipt of purchase must also be attached.

How long will it take to return an item?

Upon receipt of your return claim, pick up shall be made at the return address with 1-5 business days. You may also drop off your item at House 16, Wema Terrace, Udi Street, Osborn Estate, Ikoyi Lagos. You will be issued a return slip evidencing proof of return. Please ensure this return slip is signed upon issuance.

What happens after pick up of my return?

Once your item gets to us, we will inspect it and notify you of receipt of your returned item. You can also contact us to track your return status.

When will I get a refund and how long will it take?

Upon inspection of your returned item and confirmation of reason for return, Buy Bata will process the refund of payment made within 5-10 business days.

What else do I need to note?
  1. Where reason for return cannot be validated upon inspection, your item will be redelivered to you and no refund will be processed.
  2. Returns are made at no cost at all. Your cost of purchase including delivery cost would be refunded to you.
  3. Any gift received alongside purchase would also need to be returned with item.
  4. Should you fail to request a return within the stipulated time, you will no longer be entitled to make a return. You may however activate your warranty if your item is faulty.
